Standard Web service to upload Employee & Timesheet Data

Hello Experts,

Can anyone provide me with Standard Web Sevices to upload Employee Data & Timesheet Data into SAP ECC from SAP PI.

as of my opinion ,there is no single service for upload employee data (same case with timesheet data),

you have to consider multiple services, instead you can use BDC/BAPI that will be the easiest way to do this,we did it using BDC.
