Error-Item is missing from the UWL persistent cache

Dears,

In EP 5.0 for a particular user in ESS ->My inbox

We are getting error:

This item is no longer valid.Select another item or refresh the item list view.

Item is missing from the UWL persistent cache.

Please suggest to resolve the issue.

This issue is already raised in sdn and resolved, go thru the similar thread.
