Variance Calculation in Background

Hi,

I am getting a log after executing job for Variance Calculation in background. it is as follows:

Messages saved under document number 000000000219

Message no. KV021

Diagnosis

Messages were generated during variance calculation. These messages were saved under the number 000000000219.

Procedure

Display the messages with Extras -> Messages.

but then in which menu or Transaction Code i can check this link? (Extras --> Messages)

Are you doing it in KKS1? check the output in SM37.

Yes i am doing variance calulation trough KKS1 and the message which I mentioned earlier was in SM37 only...

Hi,

For variance calculation,SAP generate couple of spool files in SM37,but you will see only latest one in SM37 spool.

to check all spool files,go to SP01-->enter spool file number-1.

like your number is 297,in sp01 is you have to enter 296.

Dear Sayu,

Use KSB5 Controlling Documents: Actual to view the document.

Input the document no which you are seeing in SM37 and execute it.

Check and revert back.
