Background pictures not printed out in Smartfors...

Hi,

I've created a smartforms with a background picture, but the picture only appears in print preview !

It does not appear when the printing is really out...

Any clue why this happens ?

Hi Stephan,

If its coming in print preview then you don't have to do anything. please ask your Basis team and you printer technicians to check the thinks out.

One more thing you can do is take a PDF output for the same smartform and then try to take a printout.

Please do this first before contacting your basis team.(Just as a precaution).

Hi,

give a hint like, check the Printer setting in SPAD transaction, whether the Device allowing to print the Pictures or not as per the printer settings.

It does print pictures !!!

But not the background picture of specific page

Problem has been solved!

The background picture was based on a condition ( initially NAST-VSTAT) which is different from print preview and print...
