Former Member

Hi all,

I have been facing a problem that in continuous printing the printing shifts down due to which the next

documents gets printed on previous pages ..................

I have gone through many threads for reference, all are mentioning that this is done with BASIS consultant help. But currently no BASIS guy is available here.

So please help me on this how to do page formats and printer settings clearly?

Thanks,

Vamshi.

Hi sravanthi,

Thanks for reply.

But there is no problem with the alignment , first document is printing perfectly. The problem is from second document. as this is printing bit down .

Thanks,

hi,

your pageformat is not correct.

I think the pageformat you use is a little to long.

You do not see that the first page, but every page it will be printed more and more down.

In SAPscript it can be set in the header info.

Hi Benson,

Thanks fo your reply.

I agree that the page length is long.

But,I have created a page format with proper lenmgth and using that page format in the script. Even though the output is same as before. Means my page format is not taken by the Printer.

What might be the problem? Where can we check the default page format assigned to the printer?

Please help me.

Thanks,

Vamshi
