Standard Report -not able to access J-K1

Hi Gurus,

I have a standard report for customer analysis for advertising management.

The report J-K1. But when we execute it is showing No Data exists.

It clearly feels that some configurations are missing please do guide us how to utlilize the existing report.

This report can give us an output based on the top fifty customers.

Dear gurus,

I have explored and found the solution for the same.

The configuration was missing which has been maintained.

In SPRO->SAP Media>Information System>Media Information system>Logistics Data warehousing>Data Basis>Tools>Set up statistical data

In SPRO->SAP Media>Information System>Media Information system>Logistics Data warehousing>Updating

After maintaining the settings and extracting the past data system started displaying the information.

The info structures need to be activated for updating. We will activate the synchronous updating.
