Hi all,

Pls help me to customize a pricing procedure with hierarchy wise authorization from quotation level. The components involved are Basic price, Excise duty, VAT & freight charge. In our industry, basic price changes everyday and it will be maintained manually in the pricing procedure.

There should be a baseline price (Minimum price) maintained for each level of hierarchy and we need to maintain blocks for each level.

Points to be considered:

1) Basic price is variable and needs to be updated everyday.

2) Minimum price should be maintained (atleast 3 levels of hierarchy)

kindly help us in the issue

Thanks in advance,

Sivarajesh. J

Hi Sivarajesh,

you can use VK11 to create base price and set the lower limit to the price.

Hi,

I believe u can do it by setting the Upper/Lower limit against the condition type ,in the condition type maintenance of ur base price.

HI,

If it is going to be for one level of approval or authorization, we can do this. but if we have to do it for 3 hierarchy atleast or in other words it should have 3 level of authorizatin.

eg- lets take the base price as Rs 200

the sales executive can quote up to Rs 190

Sales manager can quote up to Rs 180

VP-sales can quote up to rs 170..

This is the scenario, hw to maintain the price.

Thanks

Hi Siva

Maintain a Z table with hierarchy level and amount range for which they can quote. While saving the sales order check the authorization of creator and compare it with Z table, it matched then ok, otherwise block the sales order OR display error as per your requirement.

try

Hii yadav,

For hierarchy price maintenance , do we need to have a HR module . If no, then what is the way through which we enter the hierarchy wise name & data in the quotation document.

Hi Siva

yes you are correct for hierarchy price maintenance , you need HR module for personnal number (PNRNR). these number you could maintain as hierarchy.
