Risk Terminator

Hi,

I am trying to assign two different systems (QA and Production - have assigned 2 RFCs, 2 Connectors and have 2 relevant system adapters) to read from a single ruleset in the production server for risk terminator purposes.

Is this the right way in approaching it or can the use of logical systems be employed in allowing risk terminator to read from a single ruleset.

Thanks.

Edwin

Hello Edwin,

Ideally you should have separate RFC's for 2 systems.

Whereas would strongly suggest you to have different rulesets too, beacause a Risk in PRD might not, in many cases be a risk in QAS. This would be especially if you have set the RT config not to allow generation or user creation in case Risks exists. If this is the case in your scenerio, it will be a real pain for you while creating roles and doing user assignments, which will throw unnecessary risks.

You will have to go with first option. In case of RT, you will need to connect to each backend system via RFC so you will need two separate adapters.
