Hi,
Can someone please inform the steps and settings required to copy the data from planning area to product allocation for checking during GATP.
I checked the following link , but it is not very clear.

The planning results will get transferred from planning area to product allocation group after planning
Prerequisites for this copying activity
1) You need to create planning area in spro under Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO) via Demand Planning > Basic Settings > S&DP - Perform Administration Settings.
2) You need to create planning area in spro under Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO) via Demand Planning > Basic Settings > Design Planning Books.
3) Carry out planning
4) The setting for connecting product allocation group to planning area is under spro > Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO) via Global ATP > Product Allocations > Maintain Connection to Planning Area.
Procedure
1) Goto transaction code /SAPAPO/ATPQ_PAREA_W
2) Enter your planning area
3) Put tick on "transfer prod allocations"
4) Enter From and To periods for copying
5) Enter planning version
6) Click on execute it.
Your data will get copied.
