Control of number of partial deliveries for Returns orders.

Hi,

We have customers who do not allow multiple deliveries. Hence, we have set the customer master with the setting for partial deliveries as "B" and "1". However, the system carries the same check for returns order as well. This seems to be odd. The customer can request a return and perform multiple shipments against the returns order.

Is there any correction for this or do we need to do an enhancement in the sales order to clear these values for a returns order ?

We are planning to have an enhancement to over-ride this default values based on order type. Thanks for your valuable inputs

Hi Rohit,

While creating the Return Order, in each and every item you will find those same two fields:

(a) Partial Delivery per item

(b) Max. Partial Deliveries Allowed

you can change those two fields as per your requirement.
