Swapping the charactersitcs in query

Hi,

I've a query in the following format

Company Code Material Group Ker Figure1 KeyFigure 2

1000 AB 3000 40000

2000 AB 5000 60000

3000 AB 7000 90000

total 15000 190000

when you swap the Material Group to company code then the values for the key figures are coming in percentage. Can we avoid the percentage values?

after swanpping the result will be...

Material Group Company Code Ker Figure1 KeyFigure 2

AB 1000 20% 25%

AB 2000 30% 30%

AB 3000 50% 45%

total 15000 190000

Advance thank you very much. I would really appreciate for your responce.

Hi,

Are you getting percentage symbol beside the keyfigures after swaping?

You have to tell us how these key figures are defined by checking in query designer.

As per my knowledge i don't know a feature which displays % with the change of layout.

If % is getting displayed, please ignore my reply.

But if you are not getting percentage symbol, then it could be because the keyfigures are built based on another keyfigure(could be hidden) and is defined as a constant selection

Hi Raghu,

"%" are getting displayed and it is giving the percentage values. Key Figures are getting directly from InfoCube without any calcualtions and restrictions from query.

Hi,

Just check it out Query properties + KeyFigure1 KeyFigure 2 Properties(Diplay, Calculation, etc tab). In simple word something is wrong from our side, Query will never react like this.

Hi,

No calculations for key figure1 and key figure2 as well. It is just one to one mapping without any calculatons.

I'm also just wondering.

Hi Harsha,

Some problem with query definition.

you have to look at the query definition.

Try to analyze the problem with a copy of the actual query.

create a new query with those two key figures and the same characteristics and check how it is behaving.
