ALD text issue when editing a formatted text box

I have a simple ALD layout with some formatted text boxes that contain table / field names and some lines of standard text typed in. Any time I double click any of those boxes to make a change the standard text. The new text seems to over-lay on to the orginal text that was there. Does anyone have any ideas. Is it related to the layers or possible the objects list and how it treats these types of elements.

Any help would be great.

Scott,

I believe when you double click, you may have added a new object instead of editing the existing one. Try change object property instead of double click.

Thanks for the reply. Seems some how I have the same object over laying multiply times. Don't know how this happen or a easy way to fix it.
