Import Batches, Only item totals imported

Hi,

We are on SBO 2007A ver 8.0.

We imported inventory quantities with batches for 3 warehouses using data migrator.

For each warehouse we did a seperate import. All 3 processes completed without error.

The first 2 warehouse imported all the batches. The last warehouse and unfortunately the largest warehouse only imported the total quantity, no batches. Now I can neither ship them nor adjust them because batches exist in other warehouses but not this warehouse.

1. Does anyone know why it would complete without error and not import the batch level?

2. How do I now reduce this quantity?

3. Can I import ONLY the batches to match the current total quantiy?

My recommendation is: to restore to your latest backup if possible. That is the best solution for your problem. Otherwise, any corrections might cause potential problems.
