Can we register customer complaints in SD. pl share your inputs to achieve this.

Hi,
You can use complaints processing. However, this requires a business extension SD_01 to be activated in SFW5. However, note that complaints processing in ECC gives a user screen to capture the billing document. The advantage is that you get a customization menu where you can customize the action that needs to be performed based on a reason code. If, however, you need to capture the reason for complaints in order to carry out analysis, you may probably capture that in the order reason field.

In QM Module,you can create the quality notification for customer complaint.In std quality notification type is customer complaint

Ex :
1) Credit memo
2) Debit Memo
3) Invoice Correction Request
4) Returns..
5) Free of Charge Subsequent Delivery etc
