Hi Amey,

Either u maintain 4 or 6 in release indicator, system is not revoking ur relaese strategy after change in price.

The only solution is that in version tab if u check the complete check box, then it will revoke and u have to release it again.

but problem is that user usually forget to check that complete check box and save and relaese strategy not revoke.

Solution is as i think and applied that u must have make some fields mandatory in version so that user has to go in version tab to filled that mandatory field with that and ask the user to check the complete check box.

2nd solution is set message MEDCM 014 as Error in Configuration. This will prevent GR for the changed quantity (even if it is not released).

this may help u !

Hi

Re-release of PO will depends on your PO value change tolerance settings in PO release strategy.

Check the PO release strategy through spro-- MM--Purchasing -- PO -- PO release strategy -- define release procedure for PO -- select the release indicators.

There you can see your existing settings for the columns 'changeble' and '% Value change', if your PO change is within the limits, then PO will not go for re-release.

Thanks & Regards,

HI,

SPRO>Material Management>Purcahsing->Purchase order->Release procedure for purchase order--->Define release Procedure for the PO

In this Release Stategy config there is option called Release indicator

where in we have to define a release ID and this release ID ( Eg A ) has to be given 6

Means it Triggers a new release for change in strategy ,value or the Print out.

but there is tolerance limit defined side of it ,please check

if the check is in the limit of tolerance it will not revoke the release .

so check the same.

hope so it helps

Hi,

If there is change only in net price, it will go for re-release otherwise no release will happen.
