Assignment of Multiple AUC to Single WBS

Hi All,

Can u pls let me know is it possible to assign Multiple AUC to a Single WBS .

From SAP functionalty perspective only one AUC is created for one WBS and which is populated automatically in settlement rule.

However you can create new AUC through AS01 and then assign this AUCs in settlement rule manually and maintain the distribution rule manaully for different AUC and then do settlement in CJ88.In this case you cost from WBS will be distributed accordingly to AUC.

Hi

Yes you can assign Multiple AUC to a Single WBS. In order to that while creating WBSE settlement rule you have to enter the percentage to the AUC's.

Ex:

AUC 1 25%

AUC 2 50%

AUC 3 25%

Manually we can create settlement rule and assign AUC's to single WBSE and settlement should be in % basis.

Hi,

According to me after release of WBS Element you can activate Single AUC for Single WBS Element.

In standard sap ps you can not assign multiple AUC to Single WBS Element.

You can do perodic settlement on AUC & final settlement on ASSET.

Assingnment means you are talking about settlement rules, right? If so, You can assign in the settlement rule
