Certificates in KeyStorage

Hi, I'm developing a custom encryption process (in a module) for PI (It's using 3DES with some custom Hash).

For a security reason, I'd like to store the certificate files in a "safe way" (no in the filesystem). For that I had imported the file in the Key Storage. But know, I don't know how to get the certificate file from Key Storage using JAVA.
