Output error

I am getting this error sent to my inbox when I try to fax some invoices to our agent.

Can some one please explain the error?

No delivery to US 956-XXX--XXX, as part of message cannot be transferred

Hello ,

It shows the date and SO number .

It is due to error in workflow.
