Acess denied for SAP Gui Download

Hi Friends! I'm trying to download SapGUI with my S-user, but I don't have acess to do it. I contact my company and the superadministrators for my S-user, but no one give me a solution. How I can get this acess?

Thanks! But if I change of company, can I change the Superadministrators?

If you change your compony , your ID will be locked on old work place, and in new work, superadmin creates new login for you, contact to superadmin on new work.

Only Superadministrator can give you this acces, try to talk with him.
