Hi ALL,

personnel action is store in infotype 0000 but where the other actions store ,

Also you can activate the Additional actions IT0302 through SPRO-> PM-> PA-> Customizing Procedures -> Actions - Set up personnel actions - > Where there is a option to activate Additional actions then you will get a selection screen. Just execute the screen without entering any personal number so that you can able to see IT0302 for all the employees and also the same will display in IT0000.

Hello Rupa,

Since ECC 5 the switch for using the IT0302 - Additional Actions is turned on and this means that all actions will be recorded on this infotype as historical registry.

You activate this function on table T77S0 under value ADMIN EVSUP: 1 for activate and blank to deactivate.

Also, once you have activated you may need to run the report RPUEVSUP to move the records to the IT0302.

Hi,

For each action, there will be a record of IT0000, with different time period. If you log more than one personnel action on the same day, then then such actions are store in IT0302.

If you want see what all actions run for an employee go to PA30 click actions and click on overview it will show all the actions pertaining that employee
