HI Ashish,
please go to in apo system and enter transaction /sapapo/cq, tick mark on shows blocked queue then press execute you will find the error queue with above error, select the queue and press delete. then reactive your queue, your problem will solve.
You are getting this error since there was a blocked queue which was stuck between ecc and apo.

Hi Ashish,
Please check for the following options
1) Check whether livecache connection is proper with basis team
2) Try re-executing the queues by selecting the queue and then in the top menu, goto Edit and then click on re-set status.
3) Check whether you have defined the logical system correctly in CFM1
4) Check the RFC destinations whether maintained correctly
5) Check the application logs whether showing any errors
6) Check in R/3, in CFP1 transaction, transfer changes later not to be checked

Hi,
This could be RFC destination problem
Please ask your Basis team to set up RFC properly by using T code SM59
Thanks
