INSERT INTO SAP_SDBAH failed

Hi!

I truncated the following tables via SE14 in order to complete post processing actions after system copy:

DBSTATHORA, DBSTAIHORA, DBSTATIORA, DBSTATTORA,

ALCONSEG, ALSYSTEMS, DBSNP, MONI, OSMON, PAHI, SDBAD, SDBAH, SDBAP, SDBAR

Now when I schedule some actions via tcode DB13 e.g. Check DB I get the following error:

'INSERT INTO SAP_SDBAH (BEG, FUNCT, SYSID, OBJ, RC, ENDE, ACTID, LINE) VALUES ('20090430111715', 'chk', 'MM5', 'DATABASE', '9999)

ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

BR0324W Insertion of database log header failed

How can I solve this problem?
