Hi
When ever i saved the billing document Via VF02 it will reach to customer by email as an attachment, but now i want to add some text message in the email.
Can you please suggest anybody how to include text message in that mail.

Hi,
You have change your output program code for this to happen.
If you are using SMARTFORMS for this to display the output then you have to ask your ABAPer to change the code.
Initially you have to fetch the text from the function module "READ_TEXT".
After retriving this text from this FM,you have get it into this smartform code and insert it in the output whereever it is required.
Take the help of your ABAPer.
Then you can print the text on the output.

I have checked with Abaper , he said it's not possible since it is out of SAP. He can control with in invoice like he can add any message in the billing output, but here i want to include the message in the email . ex: Any queries please contact (This type of message i want to include)

Hi,
Goto T.Code NACE and then select the option V3-Billing.
Click on output types.
Select your output type.
Click on Mail title and texts.
Maintain text here.
If you goto Processing routines you can find the program also.If you are using option "5",then you can change in the program also.

you do text determination vtoxn for the billing document and enter the text in the billing document refer the document in the SAP scripts
