Ramdom Problems Import

Hi all,

When we do the import in SAP BPC, we received the message "The request to run the package in the server was succesful. The package is running", but unfortunately sometimes the package is not executed.

This behaviour ocurrs randomly, and we have to restart the client to solve the issue.

¿it's a normal behavior? ¿dou you know how can be solve?

Hi,

Try to delete all .log, .temp, .tmp files from your application->Private publication. This can solve your problem.
