Visual Studio Just-In-Time Debugger error message

Hi,

Did anyone encounter Visual Studio Just-In-Time Debugger error?

Possible Debugger:New Instance of Visual Studio 2005

Our internal system and customer system encounter such error quite often recently after upgrading to 2007A.

What is the cause of this problem? How to resolve?

I can't find all the services and webtools in the system as stated in SAP note.
