Error:Device Type SAPWIN does not support page format ZSD_INV1

Dear Team,

When we go to tcode VF02 and issue the output ZSTK and click on print

preview we are able to see the print preview of the output which has

more than one pages.

But for the same invoice in vf03 we are not able to view the print

preview, we are getting the error "Device Type SAPWIN does not support

page format ZSD_INV1" .

We tried to create a Zdevice as a copy of SAPWIN and assigned the

respective page format to it per note 118750 but it does not

help .Kindly suggest.

Hello,

have you changed the device type for the output device ?

Also, during print preview - please check the printer getting selected ( in o/p options ) .

The printer in VF02 and VF03 won't be the same ( the device types will be different ) .

Hi,

the problem that u have is that the SAPWIN device doesnt have the page format. So, to fix that, u need to go to SPAD,

full administration, device types

if u have created the page format, create a format type for that page format.

then, go to devices, check the printer and then in the device type--> format, add the format of the new page.

That's solved ur problem.
