Schedule to a business objects folder

I want to schedule my crystal report to create a pdf into a different business objects folder. Does anyone know how to do this.

BOE 3.1 Crystal 2008.

so this is how it looks

report lives here

public folders\Crystal

they want it to schedule and send the pdf to here

publci folders\PDF

these are Business objects folders.

The only way I can think of to do this is to use the SDK to perform the following steps:

1. Schedule the report to PDF to a disk file.

2. When the file appears in the folder on the disk, publish it as a PDF to the new folder.

3. Delete the instance scheduled in Step 1 from the CMS.

So there is no direct route of doing this? Only with that middle step?

Hi Experts,

does anybody have a clue on this topic in the meantime?

We have the similar challenge in our project. We want to schedule the same Webi document several times and burst the reports through the distinct BusinessObjects folders.

Is there any possibility to achieve this, maybe through enhancements with BI 4.0?
