Restrict the PRs moving to SRM

Hello Gurus,

Could you help me how to restrict the PRs before going to SRM SOCO.

The actual requirement is, when user create a PR in ECC, a batch run will execute daily (BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER) and creates SRM SOCO. But as per my requirement, Only approved PRs need to go and create SOCOs in SRM.

Hi,

Ex profile will be set to the Purchase requisions after creation based on transfer rules(e.g. No Source of

supply, no account assignment etc) defined in ECC and will be stored in EPRTRANS table in ECC.

If we add PR release indicator also to the transfer rules then EX profile will be set after releasing purchase

requisitions only.

By doing this approved purachse requisions only will be added to the EPRTRANS table and will able to

transfer to EBP by running report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER.
