Error when creating transport request in 000 clinet

Hi All,

I am getting the below message when creating a transport request manually in 000 client

Requests can only be created from ChaRM!

Message no. 38001

How can I deactivate charm for short time and then activate it again?

Please let me know your suggestion.

Hi Amair,

Logon to solution manager system.

Tcode: SE03->Administration->Display/Change Request Attributes

Remove the value(X) of obligatory attribute for these attributes SAP_CTS_PROJECT, SAP_TMWFLOW.

Let me know if still the problem persists.

Thanks for the quick response.

But I think it will disable charm process for the entire landscape. What we need to do if we want to disablke for particular system like one development system?

Hi Amair,

Logon to solution manager.

Client 000->STMS->Overview->Systems->Select the system for which ChaRM is not required(Double Click)->Transport Tool->Parameters->CTC->'0'(It would have been set to '1', reset to '0'-zero).
