Shooping value became zero after approval

All,

We have issue with Shopping cart value. After final approvar, the shooping value becoming zero. we are having this issue with few shopping carts. Buyers are able to see the shopping carts in Sourcing and able to creatre Bid Invitations and POs for this shopping cart by entering new value.

We are not able to understand why this shopping value is changing to zero after approval.

Did anyone faced this problem? please help

Hi Ravi,

by default the rejected SC gets zero Price, but resetting the price by approving should never happen.

Do you use standard workflow?
