Inbound Email

Hi all,

I have a requirement where i have to receive the inbound email. I am still working this in the development. I went through an article where the author discussed about the inbound parameters in SCOT and config changes in SICF. I now have one question, if an email comes into the sap system is there a way we can tell the system that the email should be routed to Development / Quality / Production, if so where can we do this.

Sorry but I don't think that your question makes a lot of sense.

When you send a mail to a SAP system, you either send it do the Development system or the Quality system or the Production System.

Each of these systems may be on a different host and may listen on a different port.
