How to use MYSAPSSO2

Hi ,

I am building a JSP that is invoked from the Webdynpro and need to use JCO from the JSP to SAP.

Now the vertificate that i am using is .DER based and i need to have a base 64 certificate in order to use JCO.createClient to have SSO with SAP.

Can someone tell me how to achieve this?
