Hi All,

I have posted Purchase Order with 20 line items.The print preview displays three pages.In every page Page header and footer is displaying.But what i want is footer should be displayed in last page only(In 3 rd Page).i don't want to display footer in each page.I don't Know it is possible or not in PLD'S.If it is possible,Please explain how to do this.My client is asking like this.

HI ,

Pls uncheck the Dispaly footer on all pages in PLD footer properties.

Where can i find out PLD footer area?

I checked out for this,but i didn't found.

We are using 2007B Version.

Please explain with steps.

Hi there,

Move all the fields you have on the Page Header and Page Footer areas to the Start of Report and End of Report areas. This way they will get displayed only on the first/last page.

To easily see which area is which look at the Field Index, it shows you the areas and all the fields on them. Don't forget to move the hidden fields too otherwise some fields might not work.

Hi,

For finding the pecific area , go to field index and then u will finf the filed with area.

Double click footer Detick Display Repetititve area footer on all pages.
