HI ALL,

The problem we are facing is that after the Shopping cart is approved, the follow-on docuemnt is not getting created.

In the Follow on doc node, i get the status as "ERROR IN PROCESS".Also when i see in tcode BBP_PD,I get the status as :

000000001 I1111 Item in Transfer Process X

000000001 I1112 Error in transmission

Has anyone come across this problem??

Regards,

Disha.

Hi Disha,

This may due to an application error (functional error).

For each transfer error, there should be the corresponding error raised in Application monitors (RZ20 or web admin).

Check the error, correct it, and resubmit the SC via transaction "Monitor SC".

Hi Christophe,

When I look i RZ20,i get the message "Shopping Cart 2500001472 (Purch. Requisition 2400000203): 06532 Item categories in agreement"...Also the Pur req is not getting created only for some of the Product categories.

Hi Disha,

If this message is not explicit, you can try to debug the PR creation. To do so:

1-get the SRM FM called for PR creation in table 'BBP_FUNCTION_MAP' (look for your R/3 system version)

2-get the SC n°

3-call FM BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER in Debug mode

4-Put a break point at the FM you found in step 1

5-There you can run step by step to the RFC call to R/3

6-Look at table RETURN for the entire error messages

Hope it helps.

Hi Disha,

this message is raised by R/3 because your SC tries to create a PR with item data not compatible with your R/3 contract reference (you must have assigned a R/3 value contract on material group).
