Generate a list of User Ids who has used release code A1 to release PR

We like to generate a list of User Ids who has used release code A1 to release purchase requisitions using tcode ME5E(collective release of PR). Any program or report cna be used?

Hi I am doubtful about this that if it is possible to get this data thr transactions done.

But one way is check authorization

Check object M_BANF_FRG

with release code as per your requirement. This will tell you list having authorization of release code

Hi Eric,

Profile is assigned to the Release Code using PFCG by the Basis Consultants for the Authorization.

To create a profile with the authorization in ME54N release strategy authorization object is M_EINK_FRG.

Here profile(users) are assigned to the Release codes.

Take the help of Basis consultant to find more information.

Check table AGR_DEFINE for more.

You can get the data in the Table AGR_USERS.

Please note that the activity or the role is to be known to get the data.

You can contact your BASIS team inorder to get the activity group assigned to the user.
