Hello:

When I upload the data for OPP_I in PRD system,there is a short jump:

No SID found for value 'TAI' of characterstic OCRM_SALUNI

No SID found for value 'TAI' of characterstic OCRM_BASUNI

and this error not happened in dev system.

My CRM consultant tell me CRM DEV & PRD unit as same.Maybe some error in BW system.

Hopes this clear,Hoep anyone can give me some advice to solve the problem.

The said value 'TAI' is missing in the master data of characteristics 0CRM_SALUNI and 0CRM_BASUNI.

Run a MD load for the characteristics if it hasnt been run for a long time.Or do a full reload.

If else..last resort add Master data record manually.

Then make request RED in cube,back out the request and reload from PSA.

The SID check should run OK this time round,as the master data will now be present.

Hello zagory,

you need to check if the master data is already loaded for the same.

if no, then load the master data.

if yes, then you need to activate it.

Also reload the same from psa.....

try to run a consitency check for OPP_I in RSRV and make the correction there.
