Hi,

Please refer these links

Also check whether you have authorizations to open the integration builder i.e the roles and profiles are properly maintained.

In addition to above all suggestions... Try to un-install Java Web Start and re-install it..

      • Please do not un-install anything on server ifself...****

Thnx,

Hi,

when i was click on that ID,it is giving that ,the page cannot be displayed

1) make sure that a proper entry is made in the host file for the XI server which you are using

The entry should be:

IPAddress HostName #OptionalComment

location of host file: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

2) Also check if you are using java version 1.4.2_09 (recommended) or higher......set the classpath properly for the java in your local system.

3) Check with the admin if any upgrade is going on the XI server...even this can cause the Page not displayed error.

Regards,

Abhishek.

Hi,

If IR open and ID is not open then it might be problem in Exchange profile.Ask your basis guys to check the Exchange profile Connections parameter for ID.

Hi,

May be Problem with Java Stack. Ask your BASIS people to do it.

Thanks.
