Hi all,
I am working on sap xi/pi,i am not able to login to integration directory,when i was click on that ID,it is giving that ,the page cannot be displayed,what could could be the problem,please help me.

Also check whether you have authorizations to open the integration builder i.e the roles and profiles are properly maintained.

In addition to above all suggestions... Try to un-install Java Web Start and re-install it..
Please do not un-install anything on server ifself...****

1) make sure that a proper entry is made in the host file for the XI server which you are using
The entry should be:
IPAddress HostName #OptionalComment
location of host file: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
2) Also check if you are using java version 1.4.2_09 (recommended) or higher......set the classpath properly for the java in your local system.
3) Check with the admin if any upgrade is going on the XI server...even this can cause the Page not displayed error.

If IR open and ID is not open then it might be problem in Exchange profile.Ask your basis guys to check the Exchange profile Connections parameter for ID.
