I set up Records Management in our company and want to control the visibility of some structure nodes and model nodes in my record model. So I read about the "visible in roles"-feature of model nodes and structure nodes in record models, however it is not possible to change it.
I double-clicked the structure node so that on the right side a new area opened in edit-mode where I can set the name of the node, the type (if it is a structure node, model node or instance node), and then there is also the property "Visible in roles" but it is not changeable. Although it is not changeable I can use the value help of table cells "visible in roles" and "Id". The default values of these cells are "All roles" and "*". If I use the value help I can search for the specific role but the green tick for choosing roles is deactivated.
How can I choose single roles for the "visible in roles"-feature?
