Dear Friends ,
I have the below issue in my workflow .
When i am executing the workitem from the SAP Inbox (SBWP) it is showing the below message in the status bar .
" A system erroe has occurred in lock management " . & not allowing me to open the workitem .
I searched in forum , but could not able to track the exact cause of the problem .
Any suggestion to resolve the issue will be highly appreciated .

Check the entries in SM58 transaction code.
I will also ask you to refresh the buffer and then test it.

Hi,
The workitem which you trying to open from SBWP, is already open.
1) Check You or any other might have open the same in T.code (i.e. which is coming as a workitem in SBWP)
2) Go to SM12 and check it.
