Best time for capacity planning? order quantity splitt in routing?

Hi PP Experts,

1.what will be the best time for capacity planning,

after planned order or production order?

2. can we give oeration wise quantity in routing

eg. in operation 0030 qty 100

operation 0040 qty 40

like that......

3. can we splitt the order quantity in routing?

Dear,

Best option is after convertion of planned order to production order. Because if you do the capacity planning of planned order and then convert to production order then scheduling date will get change .

You can define the routing with releation to base quantity.
