MRP run at plant level

hi friends

When i run MRP for an individual item ( md02) , it works fine and gives the procurement proposals. But when i am executing it at a plant level ( md01) the output that i get is no procurement proposals changed.

Even if i try to change some requirements for the same material which i executed individually and again run via MD01, I get the same output.( no procurement proposals changed..)

This happens for few plants only. Other plants, when i execute MRP at plant level it works fine.

Is there some settings that i am missing. Please help ..

P.S ; - I am not using any scope of planning, user exit etc.
