to see delivery order

in va03, where can i see the delivery order created after sales order?

Hi,

Go to the menu Environment -> Display Document flow. There you can find the subsequent delivery document details. Alternatively you can press F5 key.

i did that before posting. i went in but only show order. no delivery order shown there.

Hi,

goto VA02, choose 1 icon (yellow and green color),

then select picking request or good issue date

then click on blue lens icon (details button)

you can see delivery number.

After sales order if delivery is created then you can see in Document flow (VA03).,

If you are not able to see there then check the copy controls of the Order to delivery (VTLA) - select your documents and click on Item category and check the document flow tick should be there.

Hi,

You can see the delivery document as subsequent document in VA02 or VA03 initial screen with , display document flow ShiftF5 , or status overview with CtrlShift+F2.

After entreating in to the change or display sales order screen then we must use F5 for document flow and overall status as Ctrl+F12.

The above process will work if there are any subsequent documents for the sales order document.
