Submission Control Record in PI 7.1

Hi

I have Header, First Report, Second report and Submission Record (four segments) on the target side, I need to write the submission record at the end,

I need to write Header, First report (Multiple Transactions) second report(Multiple transactions) and submission at the end,

How can I control this in PI 7.1 version

Can you provide more details? Are you trying to use FCC to convert the XML into flat file?
