Recipient of an Alert is an external mail id

Hi,

I need to send the alerts to the external mail-id which is not linked to any SAP user-id. I observed that when filling the recipients, the recipient should be an SAP User-id.

Is it possible to send the alert to external mail-id?

hi raja,

go to su01, and assign any email id to the user for whom the alert is being triggered.

Your email will be sent to that user provided SCOT has been configured.
