delete sales area data

Hello,

How can I delete sales area data from a BP (either through the GUI or the webUI)?

Appreciate any help.

Hi Reshma,

Information regarding this is already available in many threads,

Refer to the thread

The sales area once assigned to a BP cannot be deleted, hence the report mentioned is required to remove the unwanted sales areas assigned to the consumer.

I had seen that thread earlier. However, I am using CRM 2007 while that thread pertains to CRM 4.0

Also, the oss note specified in the thread does not open. Its an internal note.

Please try to create a program using the FM CRM_BUPA_FRG0010_DELETE.
