Variable translation in SE63

Hi,

I need to translate the variables used in smartform to different languages..

I tried but I don't succeed to allocate the "target translated field" as a variable.

Does anyone knows a solution to massively translate variables?

Hi gaurav,

I doesn't amke any sense to me to translate variables.

In general we use variables to print the data and Data is language independent.

Like if we have a statement like

Mr <Var_myname> is <var_myage> years old

Then we can have translation only for "Mr -is-years old" and not for My name and Age..

Can you explain your problem in other words?
