CRM upgrade requisites from PI standpoint

Hi,

We are updating the CRM system in our landscape, we currently have about 2 interfacesfrom CRM to PI (Proxies).

Just wanted to know what all points i need to keep in mind to validate the interfaces after the upgrade is made?

we have a proxy outbound and inbound from CRM to PI, in the upgraded CRM system, will these proxies still exist? what do i need to scope as in the activities that should be done to validate this interface on the upgraded crm system?

Hi Hank,

What type of interfacing technology did you chose in CRM?

BAPI or IDOC or Custom Function modules?

If it is standard IDOC or BAPI, then not much is to be done on XI side.
