CHARM Configuration

Hello,

We are in the process of setting up our SOLMAN system to manage transports for our ECC, BI and Portal systems. We have successfully migrated transports for all 3 of the systems thru the SOLMAN system. My question is how do we set up the workflow approvals? Does this config need to occur on the ECC, BI and Portal system or is it all configured on the SOLMAN system. Is there any documentation that explains this aspect of the config?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Brian,

You must configure the approvals for Charm in SolMan. Check out IMG activities Transaction Types under Change Request Management.
