Update Control Movement Type

Dear All,

How Can i add or update control for a movement type in OMJJ.

for E.g. i want to add 'V' in CNS for Movement Type 261. But all fields are gray in this

Hi

You cannot update the controls for movement types - all that you can try is changing tables but it will not give any desired results. These are standard controls defined by SAP for determining the transaction keys (like BSX, GBB) etc depending on certain attributes like quantity updation/ value updation & type of movement (say for purchase order/ production order) etc.

261 mvt type is defined for goods issue for order and also you have special stocks like sales order and project but it will not be for direct consumption (V). Consmption also depends on account assignment category.
