Hi experts,
can you please tell me What are the advantages of creating development components ?
Advance Thanks,
Namrata.
Hi Namrata,
The advantages of the DCs you can find in the NWDS itself when you are trying to create an Web Dynpro project. Anyway I am going to explain the major advantages.
1. Reusability: You can reuse the functionality and data of one DC in another DC. This is not possible in Web Dynpro projects.
2. Support of NWDI: You can work with NWDI only with DCs but not with Web Dynpro Projects.
In real time we need to maintain the versions and we need to transport from Development -> Quality -> Production systems. NWDI does all these tasks easily.
Hope I made it clear.

Siva
